Wrapping up Wavelength Connect 2022: two days in London for our final in-person event!
In September 2022, the Wavelength team headed to the Art Pavilion in Mile End, London with our Wavelength Connect 2022 members, for what was to be the final face-to-face element of our year-long leadership development programme.

Our theme for the two days was The Responsible Organisation.
We explored sustainability - what it takes to transform an organisation from negative or neutral to making a net-positive contribution to the dual imperative of environment and society - the responsibility of leaders to challenge the stigma of mental health in the workplace, and as always had some honest conversations about lessons learnt on our personal leadership journeys.
