Jude Kelly talks about reaching our full potential at Wavelength On Your Marks

Why is it in this world that there are always people wanting to see you fail? Successful business woman and accomplished speaker Jude Kelly, Artistic Director, Southbank Centre talks here about two aspects to draw upon to overcome this external negativity.

Last night we were lucky enough to hear from Jude Kelly at our Connect 2015 Leadership Masterclass. In this short film you will see Jude in action at our Connect 2013 On Your Marks event where she shares her strong views on how we each have the right to see ourselves as humans with great potential and furthermore we are all entitled to reach our potential.

This ambition can be viewed as personal vanity or ego, particularly in women who have historically been brought up to be modest, but she doesn’t see this as a bad characteristic to have.

People trying to set us back forces us to call on what it is truly we really want to change. Jude says we each have a responsibility to achieve things that will not only benefit us as individuals but others too.

Realising your own leadership potential is your responsibility. It is purely cowardice stopping you doing it.
