Sir Martin Narey gives some good advice for Wavelength delegates

Sir Martin Narey, Government Advisor and former CEO of Barnardos, tells the 2013 Connect delegates to be open-minded and never underestimate the capacity to learn from other organisations, even if they appear to have nothing to do with what they do.

Martin stresses its ok to disagree with some of the advice given to the delegates during their Connect year. Wavelength is not about trying to create a typecast leader. Good leadership is much more individual than that.
